Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that international shipments may incur customs duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at joseph@lebornus.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Lebornus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
